All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — authentic luxury fashion sourced from authorised retailers and verified pre-owned items — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons.
Before You Buy

We are happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or documentation.
Exceptions
We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases only: the item received is significantly not as described on the product page, the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or the item is confirmed as not authentic by a recognised authentication service.
In any of these cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kkaitew.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Do not return items without contacting us first.
If an authenticity dispute is confirmed in your favour, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund — no questions asked.
