Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping is charged per kilogram of total shipment weight, rounded up to the nearest kilogram.

Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight.

Delivery Times

Europe: 5–14 business days. International: 10–21 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

All orders are shipped with tracking. KKAITEW is not responsible for parcels left unattended by the carrier at the delivery address.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@kkaitew.com. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 30 days of dispatch. For damaged parcels, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To change a shipping address or cancel an order, contact us before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected or cancelled.
